WELCOME BACK PHISH !! Hiatus Ends 8/14/02

Hey Phans, I'm usually up for a trade. Just please understand, sometimes(particularly during the schoolyear)I like to take my time, I stay pretty busy. Don't lose faith if you haven't gotten your shows in a while. I NEVER rip someone off. If I have to(which I usually don't)then I will at least send blanks. If you aren't convinced, then feel free to look at my comments on my audio page. I'm interested in Phish, Grateful Dead, and String Cheese Incident, Phil and Freinds, Ratdog, etc. Other minor interests include Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, Bob Marley, and I'm always willing to try something new. And please, wake up everyone, Widespread sucks. Don't offer me any of that crap. That is unless Robert Randolph replaces Houser(however my sympathy and condolences go out to his loved ones and any WSP fans who enjoyed his music)...

The postage rates for most states are as follows(trades/bnp's):

1: .60/.60?

2: .60/.83

3: .83/1.06

4: 1.06/1.06

5: 1.06/1.29

6: 1.29/1.52

7: 1.52/1.52

8: 1.52/1.75

9: 1.75/1.98

10: 1.98/1.98

11: 1.98/2.21

12: 2.21/2.21

13: 2.44/2.44

14: 2.44/2.67

15: 2.67/2.67

16: 2.67/2.87

17: 2.90/2.90

18: 3.13/3.13

19+: Priority Mail= 3.85

I am a pretty laid back trader, but I do have a few rules:

1. Don't rip me off. Keep in mind, I will have your HOME ADRESS, so if you decide to rip me off, don't be surprised if you find a turd or a dead animal in your mail box.

2. I am pretty lenient when it comes to disc brand names. Any kind of disc should be fine, just as long as it doesn't have a bad reputation(I don't personally like no name generics or tdk's, they wear out in months). I use Fuji and Sony and would appreciate you doing the same. You can get them on Half.com for a great price.

3. If you write on my discs, please keep it on the inside cover.

4. Bubble mailers only. If you use fiber and it gets into my burner, expect some shit in the mail.

5. Close Communication. I like to keep CLOSE contact throughout a trade(as I stay pretty busy and trades usually last a while), so keep the lines open, and if you have an instant messenger of some kind, I'd appreciate to have communication through it, it's very convenient.

6. Be honest. I hate when someone tells me there are no problems with a show and the i get it and there are. I will probably not accept TAO unless it's a very rare show. All of my shows are DAO unless they have a comment saying otherwise. I have notes on my shows if there are any other problems that i know of.

7. I've currently gone to trading for only shn. All of my audios are so screwed up I can't make copies of ANY of them. It's just too much trouble for the person I'm trading with to set up an audio trade and have to inform the guy that I can't burn any of the shows because they're too scratched. Shn is 100% more convenient. If you contact me for a trade and don't already trade for .shn, Ill forward you a letter that will make you want to. Keep in mind that this is live recorded music. A perfect copy is extremely rare, so dont give me or anyone for that matter a bad name on this website simply because you didnt think the recording was absolutely perfect. I have notes on mine if there is a TAO(gap in between the tracks)or if anything else is wrong with it. I will let you know the specifics on a show if your interested in it. Bands like Phish are cool enough to allow you to trade their live shows, a practice that is illegal by most other bands in this world. Given this privelege, dont take advantage of it, just get the music out and have fun doing it. Thats what I do.

Contact me by email at either of these addresses: eric_d_scott@hotmail.com Butler_AL_Sucks@yahoo.com or by

Instant Messenger: AOL: EricScott403 MSN: (first email adress)

*I am currently only trading for Phish, I'm trying to collect the entire library.

**Check out the story of my first Phish concert experience... http://www.phish.net/reviews/shows/7-26-03.html scroll down until you find the author Eric Scott.

***School's in, Im not trading right now. I'll be back in May. Shoot me a line then and we will work something out.
